The processing of data for the purpose subb) does not require your consent as the processing is necessary for the fulfillment of specific contractual obligations, pursuant to art. 6, c. 1, lett. b) of the GDPR. The processing of data for the purpose sub c) does not require your consent as it is necessary to fulfill the legal obligations to which the Data Controller is subject, pursuant to articles. 6, c. 1, letter. c) of the Presidential Decree. The processing of data for the purposes subd) and e) does not require your consent as it is necessary for the pursuit of the legitimate interest of the Data Controller, pursuant to articles. 6, c. 1, letter. f) of the GDPR.

 

Account.

The Site requires the User to create their own account to complete and manage online purchases. When registering, data such as name, surname, e-mail address and password are requested. Additional information may be requested in relation to specific services. The User's personal data is used to manage the account, to provide and optimize the Company's products and services. The User's personal data is stored for the entire time the account is registered and subsequently in accordance with applicable legislation.

 

Newsletter.

The Site allows the User to subscribe to the D-Heart newsletterby entering data such as name, surname, e-mail address in the appropriate formand selecting the special box for registration. This personal data is used exclusively for the sending of this newsletter by e-mail as well as for its optimization. In this context, information regarding receipt of the newsletter may be collected. The User can revoke his consent at any time and unsubscribe from the newsletter by sending a message to info@d-heartcare.com or via an unsubscribe link in the newsletterwithout having to incur additional costs in addition to those of sending according to the basic rates.

 

Provision of data and consequences in case of failure to provide it.

The provision of personal data for the purposes suba) and d) is optional and failure to provide it will result, as the only consequence, in the impossibility for the Data Controller to manage and process the requests of the User and to carry out the activities indicated.

The provision of data for the purposes subb) and c) is necessary to fulfill the legal and contractual obligations on the part of the interested party and the Data Controller. The provision of data for the purpose (sube) is necessary for the pursuit of the legitimate interest of the Company. In all these cases, failure to provide data will make it impossible for the Company to follow up on your purchase request and manage your contractual relationship.

 

Recipients or categories of recipients.

The data will be stored for a maximum period of time equal to the limitation period of the rights enforceable by the Data Controller, as applicable from time to time. In the case of processing for marketing purposes, the data will be stored for a maximum period of 24 months.

 

Rights of access, deletion, limitation and portability.

The interested parties are granted the rights referred to in the articles. from 15 to 20 of the GDPR. By way of example, each interested party may:

Right to object.
